New paper in Nature Medicine on path from genetic cause to intellectual disability in Down syndrome


We have a new paper in Nature Medicine, a collaboration between Duke-NUS Medical School and Imperial College London, in which we create the most detailed molecular map of the Down syndrome brain to date.  By analysing tissue from the critical developmental window of 10 to 20 weeks post-conception, we were able to trace the path from genetic cause to cellular consequence.
